Admission Procedure

ADMISSION POLICY

Registrations forms for admissions to Nursery for session 2019-20 will be available online on school website only. Those wish to apply kindly visit the school website www.jesusandmarygn.org and follow the instructions. A child who has completed 2.6 years to 3.6 years as on 1st April 2019 can apply for admission in the current academic year. There will not be any entrance examination. However, an identification and interaction will be held together with the parents. The candidates appearing for identification should be accompanied by both the parents and not by any other relatives. The date and time of identification are intimated (See the acknowledgement card) at the time of submitting the duly filled in Registration Form. Admission to higher classes, is based on vacancies available in each class and the admission is given on the basis of student aptitude test during the month of March. Priority will be given to transfer cases. However, in respect of admission the decision of Principal is final and binding. Date of birth once registered cannot altered. [(as per U.P.G.O. No. 1101/1(5)].

DETAILS OF THE FEE STRUCTURE

For the fee payable for the session please refer to the fee structure below. The details of fees for the previous year, current year and the ensuing year are shown. All payments must be made before the date specified in the fee book. If the last date is a holiday payment must be made before that date. Parents will kindly keep the receipts issued to them and produce them in proof of payment, if needed. No child will be permitted to begin a new term unless all arrears due on his/her account have been cleared in full before the commencement of the new term. A student not paying fees will have to pay a fine of Rs. 300/- per each quarter in addition to the arrears. No cash transactions will be entertained in the school. All fees must be paid in the banks. For the convenience of parents we have A/c in Canara bank Account No : 2807201060352 (CURRENT ACCOUNT) and address S – 2, Gamma Shopping Mall, Sector – Gamma – I, Greater Noida. All fees must be paid in bank and only cheques and D.D. are accepted in school. The fee will be collected quarterly in four installments (UP self-financed school fixation act 2018, 3:3:a:(i)). You are requested to pay the fees from 1st to 20th of the second month of the quarter.

Academic year is divided into Two Term. There will be two Unit Tests, Mid – Term Exam, Final Exam and Pre – board Exam for Class – X. All dates are given in the student hand book / planner.

ADMISSION FEES WILL BE CHARGED ONLY ONCE AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

Composite Annual Fees includes Tution Fee, Hand Book, Fee Book, Academic Calendar, News Letter Id Card, Functions, Activities, Sports Items, Electricity, Generator, Water-RO, Telephone, Medicine / First Aid, Sanitary Items, Media, SMS, Games, Class equipments, Smart Education, Teaching Aids etc.

STUDENT – SPACE RATIO AND STUDENT – TEACHER RATIO

Our Institution has adequate space per student as well as has adequate Teachers for students which helps the teacher to focus on each and every student & have 2-way interaction between the two and makes sure to eliminate all hindrances in way to an effective communication. We do not admit more than the permitted number in each section.

SALARIES OF TEACHING STAFF

The teachers are paid salaries as per Grade Pay prescribed by the respective board, grades are as follows:-

MAJOR EVENTS BEING ORGANISED BY THE SCHOOL THROUGHOUT THE ACADEMIC YEAR

The school has organized Annual Day Function, Sports day, Science Art and craft Exhibition, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Girl Child day, Republic Day celebration, Independence day celebration, celebration of Other festivals singing competition, various inter school competitions and other events throughout the academic year. Under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Government of India, Our school has introduced a unit of Scout and Guide in order to provide varities of training and opportunities to young boys and girls. Separate fee will be applicable to member as per the norm of the organization.

EVENTS ORGANIZED FOR TEACHER TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Various Seminars are organized for the teachers on various topics like Managing Behavior Problems in Students, Accountancy Workshops, OSM Trainings, Phonics, Phonetic drills, stress management, capacity building programme on Life Skills, Attitudes and Values, Health. These seminars help Developing communication skills that make teachers more effective, Conducting Effective Sessions, Developing effective Facilitating Skills.

COUNSELLING AND GUIDANCE

School undertakes various counselling and guidance programmes and there is provision for individual and personal counselling.
